It is devices like the R4 and the CycloDS Evolution for Nintendo DS Lite, legal or not ?!?!? I have been a mixed basis. I do not need proof if it is legal or not, because I can not buy and I do not want to buy, if it is illegal.

EBay court and all the usual places, but they all seem very expensive. Regard to the DS is old enough, and the competition is so fierce (PSP), I thought that maybe the price has dropped slightly, but still around £ 100 mark.
Any ideas? Otherwise, I suppose I could go down after Christmas?
