The Bovine Shrine will be at the bottom of the stairs and to your right…to get 100% you have to keep your hotel clean and your guests happy,make sure you give them what they want and interact with them regularly.
you need to escavate the shrine to get 100%. i think u have to build the bovine shrine
The bovine shrine you will have to buy from city hall and you will find where that big rock was at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. as for getting a 100% when the house gets dirty call in a maid, build all the rooms you can, talk to guests, if they have lost anything find it for them, pay the bills and also up date rooms with new furniture not only will this help to raise you score, but the cost of the rooms will be more so more money for you.
